Weaverを導入している組織の利用者向けの、Weaverモバイルアプリ（Weaver Mobile）のサポートページです。

iPhone版は App Store、Android版は Google Play からダウンロードできます。

まず確認していただきたいこと

  • ログインできない・アカウントがない：アカウントは所属組織のWeaver管理者が発行・管理しています。組織の管理者へご連絡ください。
  • 通知が届かない：OSの通知設定で、本アプリが許可されていることをご確認ください。Android版は現在プッシュ通知に対応していません。
  • アプリの使い方：所属組織の管理者へお問い合わせください。

対応環境

  • iOS 18.0以上（iPhone版）
  • Android 11以上（Google Play。スマートフォン）
  • iPhone版はiPhone専用です（iPad非対応）。

ご利用にあたって

  • 本アプリのご利用には、所属組織のアカウントが必要です。
  • アカウントは、所属組織の管理者が管理しています。
  • 本アプリは、オープンソースソフトウェア（Mattermost Mobile、Apache License 2.0）を利用して開発しています。ライセンス情報は、アプリの設定画面から確認できます。

アカウントの削除をご希望の方

このアプリから、ご自身でアカウントを削除することはできません。組織の管理者または当方に依頼してください。手順はアカウント削除のご案内をご覧ください。

How to contact us

Please use the contact form and select "Weaver Mobile" as the inquiry type. After reviewing your inquiry, we will reply within 3 business days.

Support hours and language: weekdays during the daytime, in Japanese only (we also accept inquiries in English and will respond in order).

Please check first

  • You cannot sign in, or you do not have an account: Accounts are issued and managed by the Weaver administrator of your organization. Please contact your organization's administrator.
  • Notifications are not arriving: Please check in your OS notification settings that the App is allowed to send notifications. The Android version does not currently support push notifications.
  • How to use the App: Please contact your organization's administrator.

Supported environment

Using this app

  • An account of the organization you belong to is required to use the App.
  • Accounts are managed by your organization's administrator.
  • The App is built using open-source software (Mattermost Mobile, Apache License 2.0). License information is available in the App's settings.

Deleting your account

You cannot delete your account yourself from this App. Please ask your organization's administrator or us. For the procedure, see the Account Deletion guide.
